Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Standard shipping: £3.99 for orders under £40.00
- Free standard shipping on orders over £40.00
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or busy periods.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking information will be included.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at rachael@simplypreemie.co.uk. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
