This free NICU homecoming certificate was created by Simply Preemie, founded by Rachael — mum to Theo, who was born at 28 weeks and spent 101 days in the NICU in Manchester. Rachael knows first-hand what it feels like to finally bring your baby home, and wanted to give every preemie family a way to mark that moment and share it with the world.
